Once you have decided you would like to conduct a campaign, we would encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to book. If you want to make sure you are not disappointed, it may be better if you provisionally book with the option to cancel. As we offer guaranteed business exclusivity to every client, once one of your competitors has taken a slot, we are unable to fit you into that distribution, unless they cancel & of course the reserve list is on a first come, first served basis. |

Latest booking times are detailed under each of the separate services however we would encourage booking as early as possible. Solus notice is usually a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the distribution Shared notice is usually a minimum of 3-5 weeks prior to the distribution Bespoke notice is usually a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the distribution If you have a more urgent requirement, please contact us & we will do our best to accommodate your requirements however if insufficient notice is provided, there may be additional costs for the distribution. |

The Unit is only occupied intermittently throughout the working day however the complex reception is available throughout the working day and Security Personel present 'out of hours' so material to be distributed can be dropped off 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. To ensure quick receipt, please mark the boxes with either Unit 11 or Panda Distribution.
You are also welcome to have the printers dispatch direct to us. Should you require some of the leaflets or magazines, these can be dispatched to you.
We will also happily collect any consignment with an order value of >£250 direct from the printers or your own premises up to 6 miles from the city centre free of charge, for smaller orders or greater distances, there may be a small charge, POA. |

Printing orders should have a 50% deposit on order with the balance on confirmation of artwork. Distribution requires a 25% deposit with the balance at the commencement of distribution. Charges should be paid, cleared funds via Cheque, Bankers Draft, BACS, CHAPS, Switch, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard for any orders < £500. Distributions of > £500 can be made in staged payments, subject to status. Credit Accounts, subject to status, and at the sole discretion of the management are only available for regular contracts. |
